Third-Party Monitoring and Impact Evaluation
Since 2020, UNFAO has relied on AACS Consulting to conduct countrywide third-party monitoring and data collection in support of its emergency humanitarian efforts across Afghanistan. AACS Consulting has been undertaking baseline studies, beneficiary verification, post-distribution monitoring, and outcome monitoring in all 34 provinces, as well as producing detailed analytical reports and rich insights that help improve and measure results, ensure transparency, and provide accountability.
Moreover, in 2021, UNFAO contracted AACS Consulting to undertake an impact evaluation of one of its key interventions to document results and draw lessons learned for future programming.
