Services
Agriculture Business Development
Through a subcontract from USAID’s Agriculture Credit Enhancement (ACE) initiative, AACS Consulting provided business development services to multiple agriculture enterprises in five regions of Afghanistan. With the sustainability of results in mind, the three-month support began with a thorough assessment of the existing systems and capacity, leading to the development of customized systems and tools fitting the nature and size of each agribusiness. This was followed by designing tailored capacity building tools, providing continuous on-the-job capacity building and mentorship, as well as offering detailed manuals and guides for future reference.
