Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation
From 2018 to 2021, AACS Consulting implemented a multi-year nationwide M&E Services and Third-Party Monitoring project for the US Department of State/US Embassy Kabul through a subcontract from Alutiiq Information Management, LLC.
Furthermore, a team of AACS Consulting civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers provided comprehensive construction monitoring services and technical design advice to the US Embassy on the construction of an 800-bed students’ dormitory built at Balkh University in Mazar-e-Sharif City.
