Computer Assisted Telephones Interviewing (CATI)

Computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), in its purest form, has a computer replacing the paper questionnaire on a telephone interviewer’s desk. CATI is a more efficient data collection because the interviewer enters answers directly into the computer rather than sending a paper questionnaire for a separate data capture step. In the meantime, it facilitates more accurate data collection, as the computer can apply various range and logic edits as the answers are entered.

AACS Consulting conducts CAPI and CATI at small and large scales across the countries per our client’s requirements and objectives.
