Shakeel Ahmad Osmani is an accomplished Director of M&E and Learning at AACS Consulting, where he oversees the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery. With his extensive experience in program planning, implementation, coordination, data analysis, and report writing, Shakeel has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the team.  Shakeel received his master’s degree in civil engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, after completing his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Al-Falah University. He initially joined AACS Consulting as a project manager and was quickly promoted to senior project manager due to his dedication and exceptional job performance. He was later promoted to Director of M&E and Learning in recognition of his leadership skills and achievements.  Aside from his project management expertise, Shakeel has a wealth of knowledge in water and wastewater treatment and solid waste management. During his master’s program, he developed a revolutionary configuration system (PVA Gel Aerobic-Anoxic-Aerobic) for nutrient removal, which was a significant breakthrough. Additionally, he has contributed to academia by publishing five academic research papers.  Shakeel likes playing chess and football and spending his idle hours with family and friends.
