Setu Bandh Upadhyay is a Research and M&E Specialist at AACS Consulting, where he specializes in developing technical methodologies for M&E projects. He also scrutinizes all M&E reports for technical accuracy. Setu holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Central European University. He also holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai.

Setu has about five years of extensive experience in Policy and Empirical Research and Methodology. He has worked with several international organizations and non-profits. He likes to travel, ride motorcycles, and is interested in exploring how technology can help in positive social transformation and development.
