Nabhojit Dey is the VP of Programs and Services at AACS Consulting, where he leads all research and M&E projects of the company. He is a University of Sussex, United Kingdom and Xavier Institute of Social Service, India alumnus. He is a former Chevening Scholar of Foreign and Commonwealth Office, United Kingdom, and a Fellow of the US Department of States.

Nabhojit is a research and M&E consultant with two decades of experience in the field of quantitative and qualitative research and M&E. He has a strong background in participatory research. After his post-graduation in development studies in India, he started working with marginalized communities in remote villages of India on issues of Forest Rights and Right to Livelihood. Over the years, he worked as a development and research and M&E professional on several development issues, including urban reforms, decentralized planning, health & nutrition, handicraft artisans, child rights, education, tribal rights, labor migration, and refugees in India.

Prior to joining AACS Consulting, Nabhojit has worked with UNHCR, UNICEF, UNDP, USAID, Terre des Hommes (TdH, Lausanne), Child Fund India, Child Rights & You, and Save the Children India.

Nabhojit likes to travel, read and meet new people. He is also a social entrepreneur who has co-founded several initiatives to work towards development of communities. One of his initiatives provides low-cost, high-quality English classes to youth coming from disadvantaged families.
