Mohammad Qasim Nazari is the CEO at AACS Consulting. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with a rich experience of 16 years. He is a Development Sector expert specializing in program design & development, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and consulting in an emergency, conflict, and post-conflict areas.

Mohammad Qaseem brings in extensive work experience in research, data analysis, writing, and editing and has successfully led monitoring and evaluation teams on multiple Afghanistan based development programs.

Mohammad Qaseem also possesses extensive knowledge, passion, and experience in designing and delivering capacity building training and has served as a part-time project management instructor at the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF).

Mohammad Qaseem has a strong command of written and spoken English, Pashto, Dari, and reasonable control of spoken Uzbek. He is a travel enthusiast and likes to explore varied cultures, cuisines, and music. Currently, he is also pursuing an EMBA candidate at the University of Fredericton of Canada.
