Jisha is the Director of Research and Analysis at AACS Consulting and leads the analysis of the research projects undertaken by the Programs and Services team. She was a recipient of the Indian Council of Social Science Research’s (ICSSR) Centrally Administered Doctoral Fellowship from 2018 to 2020. Extensive research in cultural economics and sustainable livelihoods has expanded her horizons in the said fields and has also facilitated her understanding of the limitations and restrictions faced while conducting primary research in these two fields. She has always aspired to work in social development research that strives towards community development and the upliftment of people, and her doctoral thesis was just a step towards it. Publishing papers in SCOPUS-indexed and WoS-indexed journals, mainly on aspects of sustainable livelihood, has boosted her confidence and enhanced her research skills, which she is putting to practical use.  Prior to joining AACS Consulting, Jisha worked as a senior manager of strategy and training at Ed-Tech, which equipped her to execute innovation and growth strategies in the company using gap analysis and conduct subsequent internal capacity-building programs. In addition, in her spare time, Jisha loves to travel, read, play basketball, and is a theatre enthusiast.
