We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides leadership to ensure and enhance organization performance by managing the financial aspects.

AACS Consulting is looking for a UX Researcher who will support one of the company’s projects in Liberia. The incumbent will be working remotely with the possibility of travel to Liberia (to be arranged by AACS Consulting).

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Plan, gather, and analyze insights about users through new studies and review existing data
  • Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights
  • Conduct primary and secondary user research
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research
  • Perform geographic and ethnographic research
  • Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
  • Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team
  • Perform usability studies with consumers/users

Required Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Information Science, or any other related field with a minimum of 3 years of UX research experience
  • 3+ years working as a UX researcher in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience planning and executing research.
  • Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a positive, pragmatic attitude.
  • Proven ability to implement appropriate qualitative research methods effectively.
