We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides leadership to ensure and enhance organization performance by managing the financial aspects.

AACS Consulting is looking for a UI UX Specialist who will support one of the company’s projects in Liberia. The UI UX Specialist will work under the supervision of the Project Team Leader. The incumbent will be working remotely with the possibility of travel to Liberia (to be arranged by AACS Consulting).

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Investigate user experience design requirements
  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI and UX design strategy
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
  • Provide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Conduct an ongoing user research
  • Optimize existing user interface designs

Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree (master’s degree will be an asset) and a minimum of 4 years UI and UX design experience for services or NGOs.
  • A portfolio of professional UI and UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
