We are looking for qualified Training / Coaching Experts who will work in a project focusing of capacity building of NGOs and CSOs in Afghanistan. The experts must have a rich background in assessment of training needs, and training of organization staff, NGOs and CSOs in Afghanistan. Please refer to the following duties and responsibilities of the incumbent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through various methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultation with managers of NGOs
- Develop training modules and methodologies
- Design a capacity development framework and strategy that will be used to conduct trainings of NGOs and CSOs
- Design and develop appropriate capacity development tools and procedures
- Plan, organize, and direct orientation and training programs
- Develop training materials and coordinate training activities
- Develop actions plan for training and couching of NGOs and CSOs
- Produce handouts, instructional materials, manuals for training and coaching of NGOs and CSOs
- Evaluate training programs and materials’ effectiveness and impact
- Develop and contribute to report writing of the trainings and presentations for the client
- Undertake any other activities based on need of the project
Education: Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Management Studies or any other relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in training and coaching of organizations and employees in Afghanistan
- Knowledge of data management and data analysis software
- Excellent report writing skills
Language Requirements:
Fluency in Dari and Pashto; advanced level of spoken and written proficiency in English
