We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides leadership to ensure and enhance organization performance by managing the financial aspects.

The CFO will provide substantive and strategic advice to the AACS Consulting team on risk-intelligent culture and risk management approaches, the Integrated Resources Plan and the Integrated Budget; internal financial planning; and the financial regulatory framework. The following are detailed duties and responsibilities:

AACS Consulting is looking for an M&E Intern who will support the work of the Research and M&E unit of AACS Consulting. The M&E Intern will work under the supervision of the Senior Research and M&E Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Support staff members in setting up systems for Monitoring and Evaluation;
  • Support the team in arranging meetings, providing necessary logistics for the team, and also arranging transportation for the team;
  • Assist the project managers with the sample lists preparation and the development and coordination of task orders with the field officers before the data collection phases;
  • Assist the data analyst with generating tables and charts during report writing phases;
  • Assist the project manager while conducting 15 to 20% of call-backs during and after data collection phases;
  • Collect, and arrange success stories and photos received from the field in the google drive folders for each project during and after the data collection phases;
  • Printing, scanning, and filling of the documents;
  • Undertakes and/or participates in different training sessions to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization;
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Research Methods, Sociology Demonstrate a high level of reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
  • Should have good analytical skills.
  • Have a high level of computer literacy.
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Should have zeal and passion to learn.
  • Have an ability to manage diverse activities and to meet deadlines required; the flexibility to change situations and priorities desired.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of international development issues.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently and as a member of a team to coordinate and/or lead the efforts to effectively meet M&E needs.

Experience:

  • New graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in the relevant section.
  • Experience in managing and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the usage of computers and MS Office packages.

Language Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of English is required for this position.
