Position Purpose/ Summary
The Reporting and Communications Manager is responsible for ensuring brand and quality consistency
across all client reports. Collaborating closely with the Programs and Services team, this role refines and
enhances content to make it submission-ready. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Communications, and
Reporting, the manager supervises the GIS and Mapping Analyst to seamlessly integrate maps and GIS
products into our reports, while also coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with
Adroit Associates’ branding and messaging.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Reports and Content Management:
a. Review, edit, and improve reports drafted by the Programs and Services team to
ensure they are submission-ready.
b. Write and edit press releases, articles, and other content, ensuring accuracy and
engagement.
2. Brand Consistency:
a. Ensure all communication materials align with AACS Consulting’s branding and
messaging.
b. Customize reports to integrate AACS Consulting branding and meet client-specific
needs.
3. Collaboration & Team Coordination:
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Programs and Services,
Partnerships, Business Development, and Finance and Administration teams.
b. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designers, and the GIS
and Mapping Analyst to enhance report visuals and integrate maps.
4. Data Management:
a. Ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data security and
compliance.
b. Automate report generation and delivery processes to enhance efficiency.
5. Report Design & Visualization:
a. Prepare concise, visually appealing, and easily understandable reports for clients.
b. Create graphics, charts, and tables to support report findings, in coordination with
the VP for Marketing, Communications, and Reporting.
6. Continuous Improvement & Learning:
a. Stay updated with new reporting methods, technologies, and best practices.
b. Engage with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and incorporate
feedback.
7. Support & Stakeholder Engagement:
a. Provide ongoing support to the AACS Consulting team, offering guidance on report
usage and interpretation.
b. Ensure the confidentiality and security of client data, granting access only to
authorized personnel.
8. In addition to the aforementioned tasks, there may be other duties and responsibilities to
fulfill.

Key Selection Criteria
Education:
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in communications, journalism,
public relations, business administration, commerce, economics, or another related social science
discipline is required; a Master's degree in communications or a closely related field is preferable.
Experience:
• 4 years of relevant working experience with a Master’s or its equivalent degree.
• 6 years of relevant working experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
• Experience in developing communications plans and strategies to deliver on business
objectives.
