We are seeking for an experienced and talented Human Resource Manager to join our team. 

Position Purpose/ Summary
This position oversees recruitment, retention, benefits, payroll, employee training, employee relations,
performance management, diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resource policies under the
management of the Country Representative - Afghanistan.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, career
development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, employee
relations, performance management, diversity, equity, inclusion, and benefits.
2. Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans.
3. Evaluate current HR processes, including recruiting and hiring, and support for departments
during these processes to identify Adroit Associates system improvement opportunities.

4. The Human Resource Manager will work with Adroit Associates' leadership team to establish
a sound management succession plan.
5. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources,
talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate policy,
practice, and resource changes to management and employees.
6. Designs and executes strategies to increase organization, team, and individual performance
to improve Adroit Associates' business capabilities to deliver against its goals.
7. Leverages Human Resources and business skills and knowledge to challenge or influence
leadership in decision-making processes. Participates in developing corporate human
resource strategies; champions the vision, mission, and strategic plan.
8. Keeps Adroit Associates leadership team advised on trends, issues, and areas of concern.
Human Resource Manager will provide the senior management team and leadership with
forward-looking, strategic counsel.
9. Role model, champion, and drive the culture transformation and facilitate change
management in Adroit Associates.
10. Participates in business strategy and planning meetings, works closely with Adroit Associates
leadership team to ensure the application of human resource policies and programs, and
works to provide a positive team member experience.
11. Innovative in keeping ahead and analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the
leadership team to develop solutions, programs, and policies to improve team experience,
retention, and development.
12. Monitors the team climate; conducts regular organization assessments to diagnose critical
human resource issues; identifies problems and areas of concern; and works proactively and
pre-emptively with management to resolve them.
13. Conducts stay, transfer, and exit interviews and communicates data to ensure issues are
addressed with the management team in Adroit Associates. Nevertheless, work closely with
management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase
productivity and retention.
14. Provides guidance and training to human resource and administrative teams on human
resources and management skills needed to manage the workforce, including selection,
coaching, performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions. In
addition, Human Resource Manager provides guidance and input on Adroit Associates'
business unit restructure, realignments, workforce, and succession planning.
15. Works with Adroit Associates program and other departments for staffing and retention
needs, including creating and revising job descriptions and assisting with offer terms.
Moreover, Human Resource Manager manages, facilitates, and resolves complex employee
relations issues of varying complexity.
16. Human Resource Manager conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Advises and counsels Adroit Associates leadership team on employee relations issues and
recommended actions and outcomes.
17. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day
management of team members, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
in Adroit Associates, and monitors compliance regarding legal and government regulations
affecting human resources, health, and safety. Ensures that compliance programs are
carried out.
18. Stays abreast of applicable human resources regulations and trends; utilizes this knowledge
in day-to-day activities and provides advice on human capital matters in Adroit Associates.
19. Support the performance and talent management cycle by partnering with managers on
an as-needed basis to handle succession planning needs and requirements, answer
performance questions, issues, and processes, supporting and provide guidance on the
promotion process, particularly during end-of-year timing.
20. Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer
negotiations, placement, and onboarding.
21. Perform other duties as assigned by the line supervisor.

 

Key Selection Criteria

Education:
