We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides leadership to ensure and enhance organization performance by managing the financial aspects.

The CFO will provide substantive and strategic advice to the AACS Consulting team on risk-intelligent culture and risk management approaches, the Integrated Resources Plan and the Integrated Budget; internal financial planning; and the financial regulatory framework. The following are detailed duties and responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a home-based, talented and hardworking intern who will be eager to learn about the company's business development process and assist in the various tasks of the business development department. The intern will be working closely with our team and assisting in clerical activities of bidding for business opportunities, exploring business opportunities, writing/editing the draft of documents, attending the meeting and preparing meeting minutes, etc. Please refer to the following duties and responsibilities of the incumbent.

  • Learn and gain knowledge on the business development process of the company;
  • Search and identify business opportunities;
  • Ensure a systematic daily tracking and monitoring of Request for Proposals (RFPs);
  • Carry out the clerical activities of the business development department, prepare the required documents, forms, and other documents for proposal submissions;
  • Prepare the peripheral documents and components of a proposal package;
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of all proposal submissions;
  • Attend meetings and prepare the meeting minutes;
  • Conduct initial background research on competitors, donor priorities and project opportunities, and other business development specific information;
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the business development  department’s databases and filing systems;
  • Contribute to writing the initial draft of written documents, edit and format documents;
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education:

Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or in another relevant field. 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Knowledge of MS applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members and clients
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-person
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork ethics and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of research and survey methods is an advantage

Language Requirements:

A high level of spoken and written proficiency in English language is a must.
