We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides leadership to ensure and enhance organization performance by managing the financial aspects.

The CFO will provide substantive and strategic advice to the AACS Consulting team on risk-intelligent culture and risk management approaches, the Integrated Resources Plan and the Integrated Budget; internal financial planning; and the financial regulatory framework. The following are detailed duties and responsibilities:

AACS Consulting is looking for an experienced, accomplished, self-motivated Admin and HR Manager to maintain and support our projects in the Administrative and HR area. The Admin and HR Manager will work across a variety of functional groups that are directly involved in Admin and HR. The ideal candidate is an inventive problem solver that is capable of working through technical challenges and employing pragmatic solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited:

Human Resource

  • Provides advice and assistance to Leadership on job requirements, recruitment process, selection of interview panel, preparation of Interview Plan, and preparation of job descriptions.
  • Standardized the HR and administrative process flow and bring necessary changes when required.
  • Initiate recruitment processes and ensure of approved documentation are processed, announced, and organize long and short-listing process.
  • Review and feedback on shortlisting, facilitate the interviews and written test process.
  • Organize interview process and testing process, including collection of required documentation (ID Card, References, education verification etc.).
  • Implement hiring process: Help, conduct, document and verify references in consultation with HR/Admin officer ensure job contract and all HR/administrative documentation for personnel file is complete.
  • Ensure that all HR documentation is completed and filed and that personnel records are complete and kept confidential.
  • Ensure transparency in the recruitment process and make sure all the vacant positions are filled with high quality
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees;
  • Focal point person for the grievance, complaints and code of conduct handling.
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures;
  • Perform any other appropriate tasks that support the overall project, as assigned by the supervisor.

Administrative:

  • Carries out Admin-related operational/control tasks including correspondence to Government and other agencies as required.
  • Ensure timely provision of office space, desk and necessary material for incoming staff
  • Take charge of assets such as office furniture, fitting, building, and equipment
  • Manager procurement process to make sure monthly and daily items are procured on time.

Plans, organizes, manages, and controls the overall activities of logistics, Facility Management, IT, and fleet management.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA,HRM, Economics, or in any other relevant field (master’s degree is preferable)

 

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Fluent English-language speaking and writing skills;
  • Knowledge of organizational policies/regulations and procedures relating to the position;

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in Pashto and Dari; working knowledge of English is highly required.

  • High level of spoken and written proficiency in English is a must
